Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Ounce28 purchase.

Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is:
- Unopened and in its original packaging
- Undamaged and unused
-Return Charges to be paid by the customers
-Valid Reason for the return should be provided  

Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products (natural tobacco leaf), opened or used pouches cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost. (Return Policy Applicable for India Only)

Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
